  • In order to enroll a new MFA, the enduser would have to reach their settings menu from the Okta enduser dashboards.

    In the settings the user should have the ability to remove the previous enrollment, and begin a new enrollment.

    However please note that these options availability is controlled from the MFA enrollment policies under Security->Multifactor->Factor Enrollment.

     

    Another way would be for an administrator to reset the multifactor for the user, and the user will be asked to reenroll in MFA based on the above mentioned policies.
