After the integration is completed for Okta and AD, can the Okta service account be removed from Domain Administrators group in active directory

Who is the master? AD or Okta? If AD, you don't need DA permissions. If Okta (Okta creating/updating AD accounts), you'll need a service account with permissions to create/modify user accounts. I would shy away from DA and use a service account with delegated permissions or a lesser permission role.
