Okta AD Agent installation guide (https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/directory/ad-agent-new-integration.htm) does not mention about Delegated Access required for the Service Account to be able to perform password change.

Recently we had performed installation of Okta AD agent. We followed the instructions provided in this online document https://help.okta.com/en-us/content/topics/directory/ad-agent-new-integration.htm.
If you go through the link, you will not find any steps related to what kind of permissions that need to be granted to the service account used for agent installation. Later we found that the password resets are failing. Then we discovered that the service account does not have delegated admin privileges on the user accounts.
Here we want to point out that why the above referred link does not specify to perform the steps to add delegated admin privileges to the service account.
