When creating outbound connection from AWS to Okta, rather than the enormous amounts of IPs or putting in an ANY:ANY rule, is there a VPC endpoint that can be utilized?

At the moment, access to Okta via a VPC would not be an available feature
For now, my best recommendation would be to create a feature request in our community forums. You can do this by accessing https://support.okta.com/help/oktaideas and use the green button "Post an idea" on the right. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members of the community, therefore making it much easier for the engineering team to understand the priorities that you have for feature requests. From there, the PM team will review the top 30 most voted upon ideas each month and provide feedback/roadmap status on these via the forum.
