Hi guys,
Any idea of how can I change the Time Zone in OAG. Currently, the time zone is set to CST but I need to change it to AEDT (Melbourne, Australia).

The Timestamp on the log is taken from the System Time where OAG is deployed. Have you checked this yet?

I see the same issue - I can't figure out how to get the timezone set correctly.
Checking NTP settings in the console, I see this:
Current date and time: Wed Jan 6 04:28:24 CST 2021
Enter new date and time:
Which cause my logs to looks like this:
