Hi All,
Just curious what happens if a person was half way through the enrollment process but then abandon's the process (say, had to leave) and came back to it again?
When they click the link again, would it just be reset?
If they never complete the enrollment they should get re-prompted to enroll, if the enrollment policy says required. If it is setup as an optional factor then he/she can go to their profile page in Okta and enroll them at any time.
