App usage - last sign in
Hi,
I've inherited an admin role in my job, one of them being responsible for all things OKTA, we have literally dozens (into hundreds) of Active apps that I need to understand what of those are being used as I feel most of them aren't so would like to deactive and delete.
I've tried running a report but I can only go back a few months, ideally I'd like to go back 3 years (or even beginning of time)
Can some someone please advise the best approach to scan all app activity, last sign on etc

Application generated system data (as presented in Okta’s System Log) as well as reporting based on log data older than 3 months is automatically removed.

You won't be able to get the logs, however you can list all the app and required properties using Okta APIs.
