Hi,
Can you please tell us how we can integrate this platform with 3 label section. They just need to fill in the login id and password.

You will most likely need to use the SWA Template plugin 3 Fields app though I'm not sure how it will work for the 3rd field as that looks like a OTP
Good day, sorry for the late response.
I tried to create using SWA but when I’m doing some testing there is no auto populated login id and password for the first and 2nd field.
Can you please try it on your end if that will work.
