Has anyone been able to successfully get Workflow errors to generate in the Okta event log?

Hi Nikki,
Thank you for contacting Okta Community. Currently Oka Workflow errors are only available in the Workflows console > Flow history, not available in Okta system logs.
I would recommend submitting this functionality as a new feature via the following link https://ideas.okta.com. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members of the community, therefore making it much easier for the engineering team to understand the priorities that you have for feature requests.
