Is there an out of box configuration or third party integration to ingest workflow logs. These could be errors, success...payoads etc. We have both New Relic and Splunk. Preferably both if possible.
@Tae Kim (Customer) - Not currently. The ability to export Workflows Execution History to a SIEM is on the roadmap. At this time the only types of Workflows related logs that can be exported are the ones stored in Okta System Logs.

In the "search event types for" if you type in: "workflows" it will provide a list of events and a description of the ones currently sent to the System Log. These are all "Administrative" type tasks.
