Hello all,
Quick summary: Refreshed our prod salesforce instance to a sandbox copy. After the update I see this error for all users in the Okta application and dashboard:
"Automatic profile push of user Firstname Lastname to app Salesforce.com failed: invalid cross reference id"
User can still authenticate as the username is customize for each instance of the sandbox org but no updates can be applied due to the error. The email address by default is set to .invalid but even after updating that the error continues.

I have the same problem. After a SF sandbox refresh some users have different Salesforce User ID's which is linked to External ID. Only solution I have is to remove the app and re-add it, but that means removing both the sandbox and production apps (due to my group config).
