My company associate Okta for Multi Factor Authentication and SSO. At first, I were able to login MFA with using Okta App, but after that, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, so now the Okta App's status is logout, and I could not get Auth Code to login to my Company's websites.
Now I must create another account to ask help. Could someone help me?

Try to login to Okta end user dashboard from your company's internal network. They should have Sign-On Policy which doesn't prompt for MFA for the user login from Trusted IP. Once you able to login to Okta without MFA then you can register Okta Verify from your dashboard. go to Settings under your name -> Extra Verification -> and register Okta Verify.
reach out to your okta admin/helpdesk be able to reset your mfa which helps to re-enroll in MFA
