I am having an ios device that support ios 12 on which the okta app is not compatible, so i temporarily used another android device to sign in, unfortunately i uninstalled the okta app from android app after configuring with the Gsocial.genpact.com
So currently i am not able to reconfigure the android device with the OKTA verify for the login purpose.
Kindly let me know the next course of action to resolve the issue.

For what I was able to understand from the question addressed, you have MFA during Okta authentication which requires Okta Verify to be validated. If I am correct, we need to perform an MFA reset to your account and you will be able to re-configure the Okta Verify app on the supported device, however we will only be able to perform this action based on an opened support case with us.
In this case I would strongly recommend to open a support case online by accessing the Get support button at the bottom of the support page, or by giving us a call at 1-800-219-0964.
