    Hello Yichen, is this for Okta Verify? If so, I believe you may need to reach out to your Okta administrators to reset your MFA options to allow you to set it up again.

     

    If you're able to log in, I believe you're able to also reset it on your own through your profile settings, but of course this would rely on various organization settings that would put you in position to be able to take this step.
