w7cgu (w7cgu) asked a question.
I updated my domain password. Afterwards I got prompted by the Outlook app to sign into O365 on my android. When I try to sign in, I get the okta page, but no prompt for a password, it just has the circles looping around, then it goes back to the microsoft page and says sign in failed, try again. There isn't anywhere to update the password inside the Outlook application. I tried opening a browser and signing into Okta - successful. I then launched Outlook via the Okta app in the web browser. Successful. I re-open the Outlook app and the same issue, I put in my log in name, it takes me to Okta, cycles, then goes back to the MS page and says it cannot sign me in. It seems the app log in is using the old cached credentials in Okta. Same issue trying to launch MS Teams. How do I fix this?

Hello @w7cgu (w7cgu) ,
This is odd. Are you using the Okta Mobile app? If so, have you logged in to that app again with the new credentials? Have you tried removing and re-adding the Email Account in Outlook?
Thanks!
Tim
Okta, Inc.
I removed the Outlook account and when I tried to re-add it, I got the behavior I have described. I put in my company credentials, I get the message “taking you to your company sign in page”, then I get the okta window with the spinning circles, then it takes me back to the MS page saying they cannot sign me in. At no point do I have an opportunity to put in the new credentials.

This is exactly the same thing we are experiencing at the moment.
@w7cgu (w7cgu) did you end up finding out finding a solution?
