Mapping Issue. Okta to GSuite Provides No Mapping Options
I'm trying to troubleshoot something. In my environment, Workday is pushing information to Okta. I then want to take fields from Okta and push them to GSuite. However, while I'd expect to see all of my profile mappings when clicking on the "Okta to GSuite" tab, literally no mappings display. I can see mappings from GSuite to Okta listed, but not the other way around. What could be blocking me from sending information from Okta to GSuite?
In Okta, from the Admin dashboard, select Directory > Profile Editor. Select the APPS section in the left navigation bar, then find your app in the list. Select the attributes you want to add, then click Save. You can now import and push these user attribute values to or from G Suite.
