Keep getting this error code after trying to run an import from 0365 for the first time. Api creds are authenticated...I've tried everything. Okta support still can't figure it out and Microsoft wants nothing to do with discussions about integration. Kinda stuck. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

I'm not seeing any error code mentioned here. Please add the error code in the the support case (if you have opened one) and technical support team should be able to assist you further.
