When I try importing user from Office 365 no users are created and all user assigned to Office 365 application are removed. The import tab on Office 365 application stay undoubtedly empty. Only manual assignment to Office 365 seems working. The idea is to rehydrate Okta (importing user) from an Office 365.

Users that are created in Office 365 can be imported in Okta with @domain.onmicrosoft.com. If you have users in Office 365 before you federated the domain with Okta can import the users from the application and match with the existing users from Okta without assigning the users prior import.
