I have been asked to update an app (Zendesk) to provision the user profile in Zendesk using OKTA attributes. This will take API Integration and step one is to click the Provisioning tab. This is not visible in any of our apps. I am a Super Admin so I would expect all options to be visible. Is there something that needs to be activated before this option is visible? We are using AD integration to create\populate users in OKTA if that is a factor in this issue.

Hi Ian,
Have you selected the Zendesk application from the OKTA integration Network (OIN)? I can see that the provisioning TAB is visiable.
Please confirm !
Is this issue just for Zendesk app or all app that supports Provisioning?
Is your org subscribed to Okta Lifecycle Management product?
This is the likely situation: if your company hasn't purchased LCM, Ian, then you won't have provisioning options for your apps.
