    What are the steps to do a custom integration since the integration in the catalog does not work?

    Hi @EXWADE.15427 (Customer)​ , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community! 

     

    I ran a quick test in my environment and the app integration seems to be working. 

    I recommend checking that you have the proper admin permissions to set up the app.  

    If you have confirmed with something like a SuperAdmin for example to rule out permission issues, you might not have the proper Entitlement for your tenant to use Provisioning features. 

    While I was looking into this I noticed that you also have a support ticket open, so I recommend continuing the discussion with the assigned Technical Support Engineers. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.
