My daughter accidentally uninstalled this app, and now I cannot use Okta Verify. Same device but I do not know the Secret Key and my device does not receive push alerts.
I have followed steps on how to change the mobile device, does not work.

You'll need to contact someone that has admin access within your Okta tenant.
You can try contacting them through Okta if you go to https://<Your-tenant>.okta.com/help/login and click the Request help button. That may work but your organization may have ServiceNow or some other ITSM tool for incidents which may be the correct avenue to try.
