    Yes, that's another question. We are using payed developer subscription for 2500 MAUs but still can not change email templates provided. For start we would like to alter English templates but buttons are disabled with tooltip "... upgrade to a paid version". We are using paid version so this must be some kind of bug.

  • To answer my question after talking to Okta support. To add language not supported by Okta you have top override one of the supported languages. Customizing email templates was disabled for "free" developer accounts because of fishing attacks that were made using Okta accounts. To enable email customization you have to contact Okta support. Same goes for translating email templates.
