    Mihai with Okta Support here, I hope this email finds you well.

     

    I understand you are having issues with logging in to your Okta custom domain and it is probably showing that it is in a "pending" state on Admin Settings > Customizations > Domain

     

    Generally the pending state is related to DNS records but we highly recommend you to create a case internally with us and an engineer will help you with this issue.

      How do I open such a call?

      Several different Okta accounts get blocked all over again and I don't know why.
