Enrolling iPad

Hi,

 

im trying to enroll my iPad through Okta Mobile. I get as far as securing the device, but when Okta hands over to Safari I get an error 404 page not found. Bizarrely, if I paste the link from Safari into Chrome on my iPad the link works and downloads the company profile. Problem the. Is Chrome doesn’t know what to do with it.

 

Anyone else have this problem, or know how to fix it?

    This sounds like a url might not be configured properly or the config might be pointing to a different environment which does not have Okta Mobile enabled. Please open a support case with us so we can properly troubleshoot this.
