Zscaler App and Kerberos DSSO

We are having some difficulties with Z App client being able to authenticate a user who is signing into the Z App (for the first time) when the computer is on our network. When the computer is off our network the user can authenticate just fine. We have tracked the issue down to the Z App being somehow incompatible with our Okta DSSO authentication that uses a Kerberos ticket. We have a very tight timeline to migrate to Zscaler. Is there any work around for this? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
