Problens with log on administrator panel

Hi everyone!

Yesterday i had a problem to get the administrator panel.

The first step to enter my e-mail and password is ok, but the next step when i put my okta verify code i recive this message : Your password doesn't match our records. Try again.

 

I checked my info on AD, it's ok, but i use others sistem that it needs SSO verify and its okay.
