AD import Set Secondary Email to Manager Email

We are going to be importing a lot of users from AD who don't have an email address stored in AD. Is it possible to instead have the email for their manager object in AD populate either these users' primary or secondary email address? This would allow us to use the Okta password reset utility and have their managers activate new accounts for them.
