We are currently running our Okta Azure AD agent on Azure virtual machines. We initially configured them using D-series VMs, but we are considering bumping them down to Bs-series. We have about 500 users and about 300 groups being synced.

Hi Christopher,
As long as your virtual machines are running Server 2008 R2 or later and have at least 2 CPUs and 8GB of RAM, you'll be able to run the AD Agent with no issues.
