When creating a custom SAML 2.0 app, why is the SCIM Provisioning option unavailable?
To support SSO into a custom application via SAML, we have created a custom SAML 2.0 Okta app.
However, we are unable to also enable SCIM within the same Okta app. The documentation here shows that there should be an SCIM option under the "General" -> "Provisioning" settings, but the settings for my app only have the On-Premise option.
How can we create an Okta SAML 2.0 app that allows us to have SCIM Provisioning, as shown in the linked documentation?
