    I use a developer org. You need to switch from the Developer Console to the Classic UI. Login to your admin console, hover your cursor over "Developer Console" in the top-right, then select "Classic UI" from the dropdown.

    My name is Silviu and I am a Technical Support Engineer (Tier II) at Okta.

    As mentioned above, for Dev account of normal account with the Dev Console feature enabled, thus Dev UI enabled - you have to switch from the top right corner (drop-down menu) to Classic UI and then you should be able to see the SAML 2.0 App config. within the Wizard.

    For any further assistance please open up a case with Okta Support and get all the necessary pieces of information, if not provided yet.

    I have the same issue. I am in the Classic UI, go to Add Application and I only see the  OpenID Connect option.

    Hi, I am also facing the same issue. SAML 2.0 is never shown while clicking on the create new app even though switching to classic mode.

    BOO! It was limited before but to eliminate it entirely is not nice.
