lbtgt (lbtgt) asked a question.

We have an Agentless Desktop SSO set up. Works perfectly with everything EXCEPT for the outlook client (o365) which it attempts to SSO and then goes to the OKTA log on screen. I have a ticket open but, they have not gotten back to me.

  • Hi Thomas, thanks for your patience here. I was able to track down the case you mentioned and it looks like it has been escalated with a new Support agent assigned, so they will get back to you as quickly as possible!

Apologies for not being able to offer this level of support directly on Community - our Support team will be able to dive into your org and figure out the root cause of the issue.

If you don't hear back from them soon, feel free to reach out to me and I can escalate further. Thanks!

probably because the browser doesn't support kerberos. Anyway I think you use silent activation in combo with DSSO for this, thats how my tenant uses it. Did you ever solve this?
