Does agent-less desktop sso work with O365?

Agent-less desktop sso is very new and i cannot find anything on if it works well with loging users into Microsoft Office 365 seamlessly. I know installing the old IWA agent using IIS works. We are building the architecture this week for Okta and just looking to find an answer because 0365 will be used heavily once it goes live.

  • Hello Zach,

Agentless Desktop SSO will work exactly the same as the Desktop SSO Agent, except for the Known Issues or Limitations listed in the documentation here:

    https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Directory/Configuring_Agentless_SSO.htm

You will be able to use it for your o365 authentication successfully.

If any issues do arise, feel free to open a ticket with support, and we will gladly assist!

    Thank you,

    Bogdan Andrisan

I was attempting to do this, we have agentless desktop SSO, it works perfectly with web. I go to load the Outlook Client (o365) and it attempts to do the DSSO but, fails to the login screen.
