We use an Okta preview account for our current test environment - as of yesterday, I was the only person that was able to log in to the admin console to manage our account. All other administrators were unable to get in. Yesterday afternoon I was booted out and can no longer access the admin console either, so nobody can administer our account. Yesterday when I was looking at the logs it appears that we see core.user_auth.login_success messages immediately followed by core.user_auth.login_failed. Snippet here:
