Hi,
When I activate a user's account and an activation email is sent to the user, the user is not receiving the activation email. She checked and it is not going into her junk folder - it seems that it is being rejected by the company's email server

The default configuration has the activation emails coming from noreply@okta.com with the subject 'Welcome to Okta!'. (You can check to see if you have a default or custom setting by going to https://YOUR_TENANT.okta.com/admin/settings/emails) I would have their system administrator check for these emails in their filtering, and possibly whitelist the domain if multiple users need to receive these emails.
Another option is to go to their profile in Okta and choose 'Set Password & Activate' which would essentially remove the need for the activation email. You would want to make sure that you have a secure method of delivering the password to the user after doing this. Also keep in mind that future emails from Okta may still be blocked by their system.
