Hi Support,
On our instance we currently use OKTA integration. We moved from the email attribute on the User Field to the Employee ID. However, after we did the setup in OKTA and on ServiceNow (we only changed the User Field), for some users it works fine, but others are redirected to the Logout Page.
It seems to mismatch the new attribute we set. Do you know what could be the cause of the issue?

Hi Rafael,
The issue/scenario you have described could have a few causes, dependent on how provisioning is setup, what is the source of trust and how the attribute was mapped/implemented in your environment. I would suggest opening a case with Okta so that we may be able to dig into the specifics and provide a better solution to your issue.
