hi
I'm getting sftd service start error on AWS Linux
Error:
ERRO[0000] Initialization error err="Failed to acquire lock file: /var/lib/sftd/sftd.lock"
ERRO[0000] Error in init(), retrying in 10s... error="Failed to acquire lock file: /var/lib/sftd/sftd.lock"
Hi Chetan,
Please make sure that the firewall/ security policies allow connections via the port 22 and 4421, so that traffic can go through to the ScaleFT app. If you're still encountering issues after opening up the ports, please go ahead and open up a support ticket with us so we can look further into the matter.
