Can't access Okta verify on my new phone because my old phone is BROKEN!!!
Hello, this is Mercedes Sherrod with a IT problem..... I am trying to access a training app called pathway for my job. I can get to the access online okta on my laptop and my problem is I can Okta verify on mobile app but I can't set up my new phone to send a text message code. Every time I try to go to the edit button; it ask me to push verify and it doesn't go through nor the code verification because I recently replaced my phone. So if you could help me out with this problem, it can actually access pathway for job training in a new field for my job.

Unfortunately, in order to reset your MFA, you will need to reach out to your Okta administrator in oder to reset your MFA. In order to reset your MFA, he will need to access your profile and just click on reset MFA.
Next time when you will sign in, it will ask you to register your Okta Verify app.
