I just got a new phone but traded the old one in to get a cheaper deal. The okta trouble shooting page says in order to set up okta verify on a new phone I need the old one with me. Is there any other way to disable okta verify and rescan the QR code on my new phone or do I have to contact my organisation/Okta directly?

P.S. My company requires QR code sign in for any new okta verify devices. I cannot use my companies "company.okta.com" link to log in.
