We deployed a new app to provision users into LastPass and a few of the users are receiving the following error,
Automatic provisioning of user (user) to app LastPass Sync failed: Error while creating user (user): Conflict. Errors reported by remote server:
I can't find anything in the Okta documentation. Has anyone experienced this issue and know what may be wrong?

The error message indicates that LastPass failed to provision an account for the user. We sometimes get similar errors from LucidChart, also during provisioning. It usually/always means that the user already has an account with the service provider with the same username that your Okta integration is trying to push. Ask the user if they have their own account in LastPass, and if so, was it created under the same username or email address? That's usually the source of the conflict, and the only way to resolve it is to have the user modify or even delete the conflicting account. If the user does not have their own account, then you have to contact LastPass and ask them why the provisioning failed and what is causing the conflict. Hopefully you don't run into this too often, because it can be time-consuming to resolve. Good luck!
