Error with automatic sync
What are the steps to take to correct an error with Okta unable to automatically synchronize with our Compassus Domain? We have several accounts that are receiving the error that it is unable to be verified. We have attempted to remove the application of Samanage, deactivate then reactivated, and ultimately remove the accounts. We have also attempted to force the sync on the accounts.

    From what I can see in the screenshot it looks like you might have a permission issue with the admin account. Please test you API integration under the application's provisioning tab, if this can be successfully verified, check if the user has the higest permissions inside the app.
