    Sure can. You need to ensure:

    1. Your delegated authentication to AD is working (check under Security -> Delegated Authentication).
    2. You have a password policy configured for your users that allows self-service password reset (and account unlock if you wish).

    But first check that Okta's self-service recovery options are suitable for your organisation. At present these are SMS , email and voice call. We're hoping Okta will add Okta verify push or U2F tokens in the near future.
