Why to use Developer account?
I'm new at Okta and really like it.
Today I've found a useful link:

With this feature it is possible to hide almost any application behind nginx+okta.
But I don't understand why I can't create OIDC as admin in my enterprise Okta space? Why I have to use developer account to create Okta OIDC for this manual? And how I can manage access for my organization for application created in developer space?

The need for an Authorization Server is what is found enabled in the Developer accounts as this requires API Access Management. You may build your own Authorization Server or if you wish to obtain control over this feature in an existing Production or Preview environment you may discuss with any of our account executives or sales representatives to have this feature enabled for you.
