Are emails sent out by Okta logged?
In particular when doing a bulk activation is the number of emails sent, successfully delivered and bouncebacks logged anywhere?

We do not have a specific log for this, however, our Support team can check, if they have the list of emails, if any of the emails were bounced back or not. Since this is an operation only Support team can perform, I suggest creating an case with them and they will assist you further, if you encountered this issue.
