    As Jeff said above, if you are sending to your own users, you should be able to check your mail gateway logs to determine if the message was received. If not, you can reach out to Okta support, and they can check the sendgrid logs to pull a delivery status. They would be able to tell you if the message was received by the recipient gateway, or if it was rejected.

    We use our message tracing in O365 and/or Mimecast. Can you check your message tracing in your mail system?
