I've investigated your logs and the Annie Miller user account has not been successfully imported from your AD domain esko-graphics.com, it returned the following validation errors: login field failed validation with value 'null': The field cannot be left blank, login field failed validation with value : Username must be in the form of an email address.
The user never logged into her account, if the user is having issues while logging into your org, please open a case with Okta Support and we will further investigate this matter.
