Hi Team,
As per the transaction state diagram provided in the below Okta documentation link, once MFA Enrollment Activation is complete the state should directly take us to success.

Does Okta delivered MFA Enrollment process, re-prompt MFA challenge once the enrollment activation is complete?

Hi Varun and thanks for reaching out!
You and your users won't be prompted again after a successful enrollment for MFA. You will be asked again only if another policy will require that, according to the time allowed per session or the sign-in to an application that require MFA as an extra layer of security.
