Hello Team,
Could you please let us know whether we can amend the from phone number to meaningful name when sending SMS and Voice call for MFA . Currently the From Phone number is showing "+1 (xxx) xxxxxxxx" and it is possible to amend it to something meaningful say "My Company Name"?

Unfortunately, the SMS/Call factor phone number cannot be edited, however, you can edit the SMS message sent to your users during the SMS factor challenge:
For example, the default value is - Your verification code is ${code} and you can update it with your company name.
Please create a case with Okta Support if you'll have any other questions or if you'll require assistance.
