Hi. Currently we register new users through 'Add People' or Upload, with rules to assign to Groups.
I want to build as simple form that I can share with our Sales/Success teams to allow them add new users without relying on our team to do it for them.
Can I add the OKTA Widget to an Intranet and allow them create new users?

Yes, Okta widget is one of the way to go.
At this point we also offer the following possibility: https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Directory/eu-self-service.htm?cshid=ext_Directory_Self_Service_Registration
This allows users to create their own accounts in Okta.
