Could not find an option to enable device trust for windows in Security tab

Thank you very much for your question, Device Trust is currently in EA and there are options that need to be discussed and enabled on your Okta Org before the UI will show the Device Trust Option.
I would suggest opening a case directly with support on the org that you would like to test the device trust configuration enabled in.
