Template Plugin Apps not passing credentials
I'm having intermittent issues whereby specific users cannot get into our app via the Template Plugin App chiclet I've created.
It works fine for a colleague and I, but at least 4 other users just get stuck on the login page and no credentials get passed.
The login page input fields do not have css id or name attribs set, but I've configured the app to use the CSS Selector, and also the input[type="text/password"] option. The problematic users/machines all have Chrome console errors detailing "Uncaught locateElement css[<CSS selector for password field>/input[type="password"]) whereas I don't see any error, nor does my colleague.

Thank you for contacting Okta Community! What is the login URL of this site? Since this is a template SWA app, I would recommend opening a support case so we can look at your current configuration and schedule a meeting to troubleshoot issue with the affected users.
